This error message will be considered as other way when this is related happen;
Cannot delete file: Access is denied
There has been a sharing violation.
The source or destination file may be in use.
The file is in use by another program or user.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
The below I show you the real practice from my office computer..
First, at you My Computer or Windows Explorer, used your mouse right click of any drive you are looking for, for example, I used UNLOCKER to see what else file from my external drive have running on my windows
Second, here show that my this external drive have one object running etc
Third, here show my other external drive, if you don't open any files etc from that drive, the Unlocker will show this message “ no locking handle found…etc”, mean from that drive is no any object files is running
This is other example; you can use Unlocker to checking your C:\ drive, see what files are running etc. IMPORTANT!!! If you don't know that files etc is can be KILLING PROCESS or UNLOCK. Please do not do it without any knowledge or experience. You can check one by one of them on internet from other expert sharing article
